For many buyers, the search for a new home starts with a quick search on their phone. Now, when they search on Google, they may find homes listed by The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties right at the top of their results.
The Keyes Family of Companies has joined HouseCanary's Google Listings Program. Through the program, eligible active listings from our more than 4,000 agents can appear in Google mobile search in markets where the program is live.
What Buyers Will See
When someone searches for homes on Google mobile in a participating market, listings can appear in a carousel at the top of the results. Each listing shows the price, beds, baths, square footage, address and the listing brokerage.
With one tap, buyers can open a detail page with more about the home, including photos, property details, the listing agent's name and a button to contact them directly. They can request a tour or ask a question without leaving their search.
What It Means for Sellers
When you list with Keyes or Illustrated Properties, your home's marketing doesn't stop at the sign in the yard or the MLS. This program adds another place for your home to be discovered, right where many buyers begin.

Expanding Your Listings' Reach on Google
For our agents, this adds another way for buyers to discover the homes you represent.
Eligible active listings can appear in Google mobile search in markets where the program is live. Listings display brokerage attribution, and buyers can open a property detail page featuring the listing agent's name and a click-to-contact option.
This additional exposure supports the marketing you provide for your sellers, alongside the local knowledge and personal guidance you bring to every relationship. As part of the agreement, Keyes agents also receive complimentary access to HouseCanary's AI platform, which includes tools for CMAs, ads management and property intelligence.
